Bidra med feedbackWe were shown to our table. We asked about the gluten free options, as the printed menu had no information. We were shown the tablet wth the onion app. Unfortunately this was not up to date. When the drinks arrived we requested to speak to the person in charge. We were told the person would come and talk to us. This never happened. When the food arrived two meals were cold. This was dealt with quickly and it did come back hot , and it was explained that it had been reheated. The food was average at best. When we explained to the person serving us that we had asked if we could speak to the person in charge but the person didn't come. We were told that if we had asked them , the person would have come. But again no attempt to rectify the situation. Maybe vintage inn should reassess their menu labelling to include G/F as this seems to be the case in many hospitality venues.
Outstanding in every way, highly recommended, lovely rooms and pub, staff excellent, stayed overnight so enjoyed dinner and breakfast whilst sleeping in a comfy bed, loved it

It was a birthday event. The food was excellent. Two of us had sirloin steaks and they were cooked to perfection. We were looked after by Tracey. What a fantastic waitress she is! She has a great sense of humour and made sure we were satisfied with our food and drinks. We look forward to visiting again soon. We'll done St George and Dragon!
Visited mid week with a friend for a catch up over food. The food was lovely, as always. Our server for the evening, Tracey, was really friendly and polite too. She didn’t both us too much when chatting but was always on hand when needed.
