I love this place. It’s magical!!! And the crazy atmosphere

Very disappointed on Sunday. We waited 1:30 for 3 sandwiches with a child. When I asked where the order was because the people who were in front of me were served for 30 minutes, the gentleman accuses me of lying, to realize 15 minutes after my order had been lost but if I was not happy, I had only to go and he was paying me back. No excuse for waiting, no mistake. And it was really not good, I was sick. I knew the old bosses, but now I'm not coming back. A shame to talk like that to its customers

We went there tonight, my spouse ordered a fried hamburger for our 4-year-old daughter, he only had it at the end of 30 minutes knowing that there was no big world at the end of the evening. And why he only had it at the end of 30 minutes simply because a young man behind I think of a cook without masks what is normal of course.... seen 3 pretty girls who arrived well after my spouse of course and this person decided to serve them before. When I saw that my spouse was beginning to become embarrassing what is normal, I think I know it was for our daughter and she was hungry. This young man took more than his time because there were people who had already finished eating without my spouse being served, I find this disrespectful to the customers and not professional at all If this young man does something about physics, you might have to change your staff...
