Arby's - Excelsior Springs

The cashier seemed to be new couldn't operate register and we had our food before our drinks, customer service could have been better!!

This is no BS! I'm going to keep it simple....this is,(as far as affordable fast food goes), this place is the best!Staple for all of the restaurants to mirror that's really all I can say!They get marks all across the board!! Small portion that are a bit pricey but fantastic food. Also impressive they were able to serve us and the rest of the drive thru line so quickly being that only 2 workers were on shift

We ordered through Door Dash. When we got our food, it was already cold. We didn't get the sauce that goes with the jalapeño bites and our drink's tamper proof seal was punctured where the straw goes. We couldn't drink it and had to discard it. I ordered a double roast beef sandwich expecting something that was 2 or 3 inches thick, it was an inch thick at best. It was flat. It was a joke.

The employees take their time on taking people's orders. Expect 10 to 20 minute wait in the Drive-Thru line.
