This location does not have good customer service. They also don’t accept the coupons in midweek or participate in any promos.

I love subway and this location is my go to spot! They're always so nice. Especially the younger local guy. They make the sandwiches perfect. I do wish they had straws made from a different material than paper though. Thank you!

This is for the owner: maybe teach your employees how to prioritize pre-orders against walk ins. Because watching these women work is like watching an episode of the keystone cops and if you say an order is going to be available at a certain time it should be available. I've watched 2 walk ins get their food while mine is still being made. I understand that this is minimum wage work but my god it's a complete cluster in your store. And then the woman behind the counter gave me sass about the order because it was delayed. I want my money back and her fired for her bullshit attitude. Will never buy here again. I will make it my personal mission to see you lose your franchise. And you owe me $15 plus my time back

September 15 2023 @10:40am there was 3 workers who wasn’t wearing name tags! Where horrible customer service! And had me waiting in the lobby while they were all in the back and not being helpful to me at all! They were rude to not only me but another guy! They had the worst customer service ! And honestly they weren’t wearing aprons and their hair did not have caps on and the lady was touching all this bread with no gloves ! Filthy they should be fired bc they were lazy and was not doing there job!
