Evergreen Deli

What a wonderful little deli! I tried the Front Range French Dip sandwich, and it was absolutely fantastic! So delicious and just perfect!

The food is enjoyable, but the service leaves much to be desired. I placed my order an hour in advance for a scheduled pickup, only to find that I had to wait an additional 20 minutes once I arrived. By the time I was ready to leave, I noticed they hadn’t even acknowledged the customizations I requested. This isn’t my first encounter with this kind of service either.

My experience at this restaurant was disappointing. The food did not meet my expectations; the bread was dry, and I could find better sandwich ingredients rummaging through my fridge at home. It took around 20 minutes to receive my sandwich, which definitely wasn’t worth the wait.

Always fresh and made on the spot to order. Employees are very helpful and skilled. Large menu with plenty of options.

Moldy bread, with a side of expired condiments. I don't understand how a place like this survives without the scrutiny of state health inspectors.
