Barraco's - Evergreen Park

I used to order from their Burbank location regularly. They have the best deep dish pizza, hands down! This is coming from someone who grew up eating Giordano's back when they had a location on 63rd Street. The Evergreen location has been good in the past, but to be honest, I can’t comment on any of their other dishes since I only go for the pizza. You should definitely do the same!

The stuffed pizza, thin and crispy pizza, veal parmigiana, and spaghetti were all excellent. The late opening hours are unbeatable!

I recently visited this location for the first time. (Just a heads up: I accidentally went to the one on 95th in Chicago first, where the staff member was rather rude. My friend and I had to greet her twice before she finally acknowledged us and said hello.) At the Evergreen Park location, I ordered takeout, and when I arrived, my pizza was ready. It was hot, loaded with toppings, and absolutely delicious. The sauce struck a perfect balance—not too salty and not too sweet. The only downside was that I had to wait a bit before being recognized by the staff. The young lady was busy with what seemed to be phone or online orders, but eventually, someone from the back came out to help. Overall, I would definitely visit both locations again.

Service and food were good. The servers are respectful and know their stuff. Just has a lot of racist old folks who just stare at you. Makes eating uncomfortable. But glad the color of my skin made them even more uncomfortable.

This review is for my catering experience. We ordered package 2 for 10 people and substituted chicken for sausage and it was amazing! We had more than enough food to feed 10 people and more. We had leftovers for the next day. When they say they provide ample portions, they are not kidding. Best catering experience we’ve had in a long time. Everything was perfect. From the potato’s, sausage, gravy and mostaccolli. Everything was perfect!
