Chicken Salad Chick - Feedback

The food is great. 1st experience I had was great. This time I waited 25 minutes for my food. I went up to the counter 3 times. Still waited. Not happy at all.

Take the wife her periodically because she really loves this place. The food is good and the staff are friendly.

Three stars is being generous, very bland I'm embarrassed to say I've had better chicken salad in a vending machine.

The only reason I give it a 4 out of five is the prices! But that is everywhere! The food was so good! I will go back!
