Love, love this place! They were a fan since they opened themselves. started on the tofu banh mi (sub erdnusssauce for the mayo) and now the vermicelli tofu nudelsalat my go to vegan vinaigrette is available but I prefer the erdnusssauce. so refreshingly still fill. spicy peanut pasta is also delish. also summer rolls are great. alan and noah, the owners are the best. ready to ask everyone they have, and they put their hearts and their souls in their business. the crew, which cooks and prepares, are always also top notch. a hidden vegan option noble stone in the inner city of evanston opposite the library. would give 5 stars, but this option is only allowed for fully vegan places boo. street parking or parking on the plot behind the library. I will be in serious difficulties when they begin to deliver!

The summer rolls are really good, great place for lunch.

Loved they had all their vegan options labeled. Overall good food but expensive for what you get.

Had Banh Mi sandwiches which are loaded with your choice of protein (tofu was great) some shredded veggies, a spicy sauce on a tasty bun. Currently they have meals which include the sandwich or other choices and chips and a drink. Mine was $12.99. I really only wanted the sandwich but times are different right now happy to help a little.

So refreshing yet filling. Spicy peanut pasta is also delish. Summer rolls are great too. Alan and Noah, the owners are the best. Ready to explain any questions you may have and they put their heart and soul into their business. The crew that cooks and prepares are always top notch too. Street parking or park in the lot behind the library. I’ll be in serious trouble once they start delivering!
