TEX-MEX HERO! Traveling full time around the nation to honor our nation's fallen heroes. Police, Fire and Military. We had a fundraising event in Eustis, Florida with a Grand Design Central Florida Owners RV Rally. We found this place, so we could take one of our sponsors too. When we arrived the service from the moment the doors opened set the stage for the entire dinner. They had a live Marichai Band playing that made it clear this was going to be an experience. My wife and I arrived about ten minutes before our guest did. While waiting the staff nearly immediately had freshly made salsa and chips perfectly placed in front of us. Shortly after our guest arrived. They had a similar arrival experience too. In fact we spent time convincing them we didn't stage the band for them! Each of us ordered a variety of different dishes from the menu. Of course as you can guess I ordered fajitas (Beef and Chicken). Didn't pay much attention to what everyone else was getting...was looking out for number one....my belly! The fajitas were perfectly prepared and delivered on a scorching hot plate that could have set off the smoke alarms. Nice hot flour torts and the accompanying fixings for my personal fajita canvas. FIVE STARS. They were so good that my wife was disappointed there were no leftovers to take home! We come to this event each year...now adding this place to our annual must haves while in the area! Fantastic staff, INCREDIBLE food and absolutely well above any Tex-Mex standard! As a Texas passport holder..I hope this means a lot for my fellow Tex-Mex family and friends. Enjoy!
