The hotel is situated in the promising Redwood Acres Fairgrounds, which is truly a hidden gem. Frankie's Bagels is definitely the place to be. They serve perfectly roasted bagels and classic options like sesame seed bagel dogs, along with innovative ingredients such as dill pickle cream cheese and bold flavors like kimchi. Frankie's Bagels offers the best bagels in Humboldt County, without a doubt. They're fresh and fluffy, with the ideal texture, and the staff is incredibly friendly. Humboldt's breakfast scene didn't know what it was missing until now!

Wickedly good bagel shop!!! With Awesome fresh ingredients to the amazing tasting bagels, first time and you’re hooked. I can’t forget to mention they do have killer bagel dogs that can’t be beat.

Fantastic bagels. Truly, some of the best bagels I had outside NYC, and the bagels I did when I ran a bagel business in LA. Once you try this place, never go back to the other "Bagel ' Shop in Humco (Shmos Shmagels does not serve Bagels anyway. They serve round bread). The only problem is their hours and the supply is so limited! Nevertheless, waiting is always worth it.

I absolutely love these bagels! The aromas are amazing, and they always offer intriguing new flavors alongside their delicious classics. Just yesterday, they had a Wasabi cream cheese that everyone was raving about, and I also picked up some Wasabi bagels that I haven't tried yet. I sampled a Jalapeno-Popper-Bialy, which was fantastic—though that’s no surprise since I’m a big fan of Cheddar and Jalapeno bagels. Frankie and the staff are always warm, friendly, and incredibly helpful. I'm thrilled that they are now part of the new place, The Local. I even snagged some of their bagel bites with cheese last night, and the whole group agreed they were delicious!

Love these bagels. Fresh, authentic, so much taste and texture, and so many great varieties! Had a roasted poppy seed bagel with veggie cream cheese. Best veggie cream spread I had. Frankie, you made this guy Western New Yorker so happy!
