Pizza Hut - Eugene

We've been visiting this restaurant on Wednesdays for their fantastic wing specials. On our last trip, we decided to try something different and opted for their new pizza rolls. They were absolutely delicious, filled with melted cheese and pepperoni. It's also a great spot to catch a game. The deals are excellent, and the place is clean!

I placed my order at 5:15 PM, but the driver couldn't locate me. I received a call at 7:00 PM when he returned to the restaurant, claiming he would be on his way shortly. Twenty minutes later, I got a text saying that DoorDash would now be delivering my food. When I called the restaurant to check on the order, the staff told me it had just left. I asked if they had at least remade the food, but the woman wouldn't respond. Finally, at 7:39 PM, DoorDash arrived with cold food from nearly three hours earlier. I will never order from here again! I needed the meal because I’m unwell and had to feed my kids before putting them to bed.

Honestly, I wouldn't even give them one star. I have ordered pizza from here multiple times, and it’s been the same disappointing experience every time. I ordered a BBQ chicken pineapple pizza, and they FORGOT the BBQ sauce. How do you forget the sauce on a pizza? I also ordered 6 traditional wings for $11.00, but they gave me boneless wings instead, which are around $8.00. They mentioned they were understaffed, but that shouldn’t affect the quality of the food I pay for. I am very disappointed and will not be returning.

After waiting another 15 minutes, I saw a different employee place a stack of pizzas on top of an open trash can while she grabbed some other items. She let the pizzas sit there before taking them out for delivery. At that point, I decided to leave without my food. If the staff can’t wash their hands or keep food away from the trash, it raises serious concerns about food safety. That’s just unacceptable.

Placed order at 6:24pm. It arrived at 7:58pm 35mins over the time the online form said it would be delivered. The wings are soggy and gross. Called the store, they offered a weak apology for being late and then hung up on me; no offer to make up forthe lateness. Horrible service. Never leave a tip online with the order save it for if and when the delivery actually comes in.
