Dairy Queen - Eugene

I feel dirty every time I pick up from this location. You don?t feel welcome, employees don?t care, the entire store is filthy and nasty. The red head was on her personal phone, she has a large vape hanging from her pocket. What kind of employees do youhire here. I?ve seen several Dairy Queen?s in the area and even Creswell and this location is by far the dirtiest I?ve seen.

Unfortunately, their milkshake machine was out of order tonight. Despite this, the staff were putting in a lot of effort to fulfill orders as quickly as they could. We appreciate their hard work!

I was pleasantly surprised to find no waiting line, even at 9:30 pm on a Thursday night. Robert was efficient, patient, and friendly, restoring my faith in this location. Despite living here for almost seven years, I've never seen the drive-through so well-maintained. My order was hot, accurate, and served promptly. I will definitely be returning! Thank you, Robert!

The service at the restaurant tonight was terrible, considering how many people were working. It took over 40 minutes to receive just one order of fries at the drive-thru. I ended up having to park and wait while watching countless other orders being fulfilled before mine. When I went inside, I waited an additional 13 minutes for my fry. I had to finally ask them to hand it to me, as it had already been sitting in the warmer for some time. Overall, I was not impressed with the experience.

It was a hot day and my son and I needed to get out of our house so I decided to take him for ice cream. We sang our ice cream song all the way there. Upon arrival my son started chanting ice cream, ice cream. The nice lady helping us smiled really bigand it made our day. Great service and awesome ice cream.
