Bidra med feedbackWhat a great surprise it was to see NTB doing a Rhythm & Blues Brunch. We went this morning and loved the all you can eat brunch served family style with hash browns, bacon, sausage, scrambled eggs, french toast and lots of fresh fruit. From the warm welcome to the lovely Trio playing great music, we had a fabulous time. It's always a bit more than you expect from Dallas and the staff - yes, people come here to play pool, but it is so much more. Live music, great food and wonderful atmosphere. Did I mention the coffee was plentiful as well?Family friendly - kids were dancing by the stage or playing Foosball while we worked on our 3 round of coffee (me with tea). Lake Shore Village is becoming quite the brunch zone and NTB is now on the top of my list.
The drinks are affordable, the pub has a good atmosphere, and there are plenty of activities to enjoy like pool, foosball, and board games. However, the live music tonight was absolutely awful.
We've really only been for the Sunday Bluegrass Brunch, and it was great.
I come here often to shoot some pool and just hang out with the friendly regulars. It's a fun bar and pool hall with good food and cold beer.
Located on the second floor of a shop near Islington on Lake Shore, this hidden gem is definitely on the divey side, but don't let that discourage you. While the food may not be the main attraction, the cheap billiards and average priced beverages draw in a crowd of Humber College students. With four billiard tables, comfortable couches, and even a table tennis set up, this spot is perfect for reliving your college days with a beer in hand. Plus, parking is free on the road after 9 a.m. so you have one less thing to worry about. Welcome to a fun night out!
