Java Joe's - Etobicoke

There is either no choice of food, or if there are carbs or carbs, or half frozen. If you dare to mention something, the owner sees her nose down on you before he is unjustly rude. Seriously, with so many options out there, go somewhere else where the food is better, but more importantly, where the owners are genuine and pleasant. AVOID.

Horribler customer service. Will never go there again. I had my water bottle on me. Before I could set up the order, one of the workers came to see and said we could bring our own water bottle.

Ya first time there and last time two male employees who both work rudely talked to us as if we were stupid and talked about us. We just never objected and left. Now you understand why the place was empty. I would recommend going somewhere elders

I am a group of older retired men who met weekly for coffee and snacks at Java Joe's. We have always been made to feel welcome and have enjoyed coffee and fresh baked muffins and the occasional full breakfast. The coffee...and the food was always good and the service friendly and welcoming. We have been meeting at JJ for almost 5 years and look forward to the continuation in 2020.

I have been a customer for years and have enjoyed the food and friendly ladies prepping food. However the manager, Mel, spoils the experience. He is not welcoming, and makes me feel that I'm wasting his time by purchasing anything. He swaggers around the restaurant...intimidating and being rude to his staff and customers. Unfortunately he is always on cash and leaves a very poor last impression. Does the owner of Java Joe's not see how this guy treats people? I won't be back.
