The guys working on the evening of 1/15/23 were THE BEST!!! Our 4yo daughter only wanted a chocolate milkshake or chocolate milk. They didn’t have chocolate milk and their milkshake machine was down. They offered to go to the store and get her a chocolate milk!!! We told them it was ok and not to worry about it. When we got to the window, they had made her an ice cream with chocolate syrup and gave it to her FREE!!! So nice!!! And made for a happy four year old! THEN, our chicken tenders were taking a little longer than expected to cook so they offered us two brownies while we waited!!! Such a refreshing customer service experience in a time where quantity always comes before quality!Kid-friendliness: Super kind employees and great with our four year old!

The manager and employees were some of the kindest people I've ever met in my entire life. The customer service was impeccable and the food was absolutely delicious. I've been struggling with the 10th anniversary of my mother's death and the rejection of my family. You'd be amazed at how much kindness can be needed and appreciated. God bless all of them.

Compared to other Checkers locations this one took a bit longer which was fine because my food was hot fresh and correct to order, so no real complaint from me.

3 people in the building no customers and I sit in the drive thru for 5 minuets with no answer. Does this place have a manager on duty it sure didn't seem like it Freaking disappointing what the world Man. Never returning to checkers in gainesville ever again thank you for the worst experience ever
