Anaid Cafe - Esposende

The owner made a mistake with taking our order so I brought my toast back to her and said this was not what I ordered. She looked at me and lifted her shoulders.. she then said no you ordered that.. she said it was my mistake I could eat this or order again. She charged the dish I did not order and yelled she called the police if we did not pay for it. When we said she could call the police because we wanted to pay for what we ate and ordered.. not for the dish she took back to the kitchen because we did not order this.. because we were with a little child we chose not to let this situation traumatize or escalate. So she Made us pay for her mistake, yelled and was very very very rude and unfriendly. I highly recommend everyone NOT to go here for you might get yelled at and get threathend.. chose another restaurant.. I hope this lady finds gods grace.. Other tip: a perfect alternative is on the beach: beach bar by the salt flow.. great food and service.. Anaid: horrible service

It's a nice place ,but the problem is the owner. very rude,abnoxious person. Shouting on the staff working there,plus seemed not happy serving people. never want to return there. if she's not happy with the business, go somewhere else. aweful customer service.
