Boiling Pho - Escondido

Delicious, delicious, delicious! And Authentic food! Meat slices are good cut, very clean and lean cuts and not like other places where they just give you fat etc. My new favorite pho/Vietnamese restaurant. You know it's good when you can taste all the herbs in the broth, yummy!BONUS: The staff is very friendly and professional. Food came out quick. Will definitely be back. Highly recommended!!!

My daughter and I went for the first time during lunch and the reviews on Google maps Yelp were very good. The restaurant wasn’t busy most likely because it is a weekday. The server was very nice. The restaurant is clean and food was delicious. We plan to go again.

I ordered the short ribs and it tasted a day old cooked.Beef fried rice was not flavorful at all. The beef had no flavor.Pho was cloudy broth.But services was fine.I do recommend the spring rolls.

This place was delicious. The combo Vermicelli bowl was packed with meat and was so good! Everything tasted fresh and the sauce was very flavorful. This was the perfect meal for the end of a hot day. I also ordered the Mango Fruit Tea and the sweetness was perfectly balanced and lovely. I will definitely be back. Our service was also extremely prompt and friendly. I recommend this place for sure. Can't wait to try their other menu items!!
