Firebirds Wood Fired Grill Erie

Our steak was horrible! Chewy and chalky. Very disappointed. We eat there often and the last two visits both within 2 weeks) were not good. The price does not match the food quality recently. Also, the au gratin potatoes were undercooked this visit and last. This used to be our go to restaurant but unfortunately it's not good anymore.

Everything was perfect as always. The service was exceptional.

Service was slow. No refills. Food was cool and average at best. Waiter didn’t check table often enough. But saw him at a table helping a larger crowd. Not a good value for the money. Very disappointed.

The food was delicious but the waitress did not bring our appetizer out. She forgot to order it... they did give us a free dessert but I was a little disappointed that they didn't offer to give us the appetizer for free or reduced price.

Accommodated our large party of 12 with ease. Will be back
