Bidra med feedbackWhat a horrible and disrespectful company. The website stated different to what we was in receipt of and of course I phoned to query what the sauce was in my dish, apparently yogurt sauce is specified on the menu (which it isn't). Her manager apparently told her that is the correct sauce, I asked to speak to the manager and was told he doesn't talk English. Its clear that the person I spoke to has no experience in customer service as I asked how the order was going to be rectified and she hung up on me, it doesn't seem to me like it would have been the first time she would have gave such shocking service. Will definitely not be returning.
Delicious food every time! My go-to is the chicken gyros with a side of rice and fried halloumi.
Popped in this evening as had waited at a pop up gyro which sold out. Lovely friendly staff, great gyro I just wish I’d ordered more chips!
The order took almost two hours to arrive, and when it finally did, the food was cold and burnt, making it inedible. The customer service was also very disappointing. Additionally, I was informed that the meal would be on skewers, but it was actually served in a wrap, which I cannot eat.
Wife and I booked a meze for 2 last Friday night 11th Sep 20). meat was over cooked and dry as a bone, the weight of the box was impressive, only to open it and find a thin layer of meat on top of a massive bed of soft soggy chips. and to round it off, meze for 2, how many Greek breads, you guessed it, one. that is £15 I will never get back. I am not over stating this, it was the worst Greek gyros, meze, kebab we have ever had.
