Bidra med feedbackLamb kebab and chips ordered. The lamb was inedible and was thrown away. Rang the restaurant to let them know how awful it was I didn’t want a replacement and apologies given but no refund offered. This was terrible and I won’t use them again. Too poor to give even 1 star.
Very bad food and they don't deliver what they are supposed to have! They did not even give us the right food.
We ordered a mixed Kebab meal from them last night in my order I selected a Beetroot salad and Chilly sauce what I got was this dry meat and stale bread and a green lettuce salad with hardly any beetroot when I called them a lady answered the phone and when I kindly explained to her the problem we have with our order she said that I need to stay on the phone and when she returned she said what do I want them to do that is how the food is served. I am shocked at the poor customer service we payed almost £10 for this rubbish and we threw half of it away.
We have been ordering from here for quite a while now, BUT NOT NO MORE..... 2nd to last order...was an hour late, food arrived so cold, we couldn’t eat it... Last order was 2 hours late, when we called the shop we kept being told food was on its way... Delivery driver expected us to walk up and down the road to find him...he wasn’t even in our road....food didn’t even arrive in the end, he just went back to the shop... Customer service is an absolute joke... But so quick to take your money, then they tell you we can’t reimburse you as you paid by card, then still except you to pay next time you order....this is by far the worst takeaway I’ve ever ordered from... if your looking for a 10/10 kebab, delivered on time for very reasonable money....Epsom Grill is the place...trust me...5Epsom Grill
We have ordered from Sams for many years however the last 2 occasions despite ordering our food for 9pm and 8.55pm it has been half an hour late each time. When we have called up we have been told twice that there was a note on there stating we have requested a different time. I would love to know how they received that we asked for a different time when we ordered through their website. However each time it has arrived there is a non specified time on the receipt. Sorry to say but we will no longer be ordering. If there is a delay on the food as you are busy just be honest and say don't pretend the customer has stated a different time than what they stated on their website.
