Panera Bread - Ephrata

After the 5th messed up order, I will never be coming back to this Panera. With the last three mess ups, I’ve gone back to them and had them fix it. But usually I get it to go and I’m far away by the time I open the food to realize what state it’s in. This time, I ordered a Chicken Green Goddess sandwich and received a roll with arugula and some tomato slices. Nothing else (see picture). The manager, Nate, was easy enough to work with and replaced it but that was after having to go to my next event without food, and drive back later to pick it up. It’s no where near worth the expense when it is so inconvenient and inconsistent.

The iced tea at this restaurant was overpriced and bitter. I was left wondering if it was worth the cost.

The food is excellent, the staff is friendly, and the service is fast.

Food was tasty but not sure how Panera Bread runs out of baguettes to go with the meal?

This is one of my favorite places to go get a good and healthy breakfast sandwich.
