Mcdonald's - Ephrata

It's open at 6:00... I'm going up to order at 705 in the Drive-thru... Female managers come across the intercom, sir, please wait 10 minutes... Of course, you can, I'm out!! Never again to this badly managed operation

Food was decent, but what a sad looking milkshake I was given for my son. Said yes to whistle cream, but didn't get any. At least I could have filled it out more. My son was a little disappointed when he saw that.

The line is always long and slow! Need more staff or something! The delivery to doorstep and wait in a long line for an order that has already been placed is ridiculous!

Took 30 minutes to get through the drive-through? First you wait in a really long line and then once you order they flip you around the building and make you wait in another really long line. I cannot believe this place runs their business like this! There are literally seven cars that have been told to flip around the building to pick up their food. Let?s not call this fast food. Amazingly, when the food came out it wasn?t hot or fresh? the fries were terrible!!

There is a high likelyhood that someone sat on my burger before they gave it to me. But it was only a dollar so i can't complain. But they certainly shouldn't be making 16 dollars an hour. I can tell you that for free.
