Mcdonald's - Ephrata

I used to really enjoy McDonald's, but after my experience at this location, I just can't go back. I ordered chicken nuggets and fries, and unfortunately, I ended up with food poisoning that lasted for days. The pain was unbearable. On top of that, the lines are always long, which makes the experience even worse. There are so many better dining options available; it's not worth spending your money here and risking your health.

It was horrible!! Went in to order food to go since drive thru was backed up. Waited 20 mins to get a deluxe qtr with cheese and a chicken nugget happy meal.. when we finally got our food..the fries were cold and my deluxe qtr with cheese ended up being aplain qtr pound with extra pickles... nothing else! Don't waste your time going to this McDonald's!

Back to 1 star now they can 't even open the doors before 7:30am for some reason it seems like every time I come to this McDonald 's there 's some type of issue during the day service morning service is great day service I 'm taking my businesselsewhere all together! Update only due to the excellent service in the morning has my rating changed from 1 star! Theafternoon worker at the drive thru was more interested in chatting with the person behind me and sent me to the other side ofthe store to sit for almost 10m while the car behind me stayed at the window, I ordered 1 mcdouble and it equated out to a 10minwait...when I got this thing in the bag it was half wrapped and ketchup was sloppy leaking out of it go figure... I 'll justdrive the extra 2miles for decent food and service

Welcome to the slowest fast food place in town. I ordered a Big Mac and some fries, only to be told to park on the other side of the building. I ended up waiting over 10 minutes for a small order that should have been handed to me at the window. At least the food was hot when I finally received it. Oh, and I found a hair in my fries—definitely a bonus point!

When we finally got home, we discovered that our 20-piece nugget order only contained 14 nuggets. I tried to call the restaurant, but unsurprisingly, no one answered. This place is disappointing; we haven't had a good experience here since the old location caught fire. I wouldn't recommend it at all—definitely 0 out of 10.
