Mcdonald's - Ephraim

The customer service is terrible, no one wanted to take our order. The place was dirty, tables and floors not being cleaned. They couldn’t even get us our drinks with our order and it wasn’t not even busy. The ice cream machine had a “scheduled cleaning” right during dinner time. This place use to be nice and clean and the customer service was decent. This place has gone down hill bad, 10/10 wouldn’t recommend and won’t be back.

Quarter Pounder was burned and I'm not sure it was a quarter pound patty. Seemed a bit thin.

Worst McDonalds Ever. Thanks for the burnt “quarter pounder” they used a hamburger patty for and half filled fries. Come here to be disappointed in a new way every time.

Worst mcdonalds ive ever been to. it took 30+ minutes to make the three thing i ordered and paid for?? once i got my food it wasnt the right order so i had to go inside AND the food wasnt even fresh?? .. the lady who took my order kept adding things that i didnt say and made me repeat myself multiple times and kept cutting me off.
