Beautiful traditional cuisine, with a setting and a high service. Excellent choice in Epernay.

We had lachstatar and steak fries. That was great. the steak was unfortunately hard as an old shoe sole. I wouldn't order it again. I would definitely return here, beautiful terrace, friendly service and there are others on the map as steak.

Excellent service and very good classic French dishes. I can recommend the duck pottery and the desert with mascarpone. very good experience!

Eating was amazing. I decided to order the menu of the day. for each cure there were many different possibilities. every cure was cooked to perfection and a wonderful marriage of aromen, who worked in harmonie with each other and gave exciting taste. the basic was good fresh ingredients that could speak for themselves. for example, I had tasted the local adult white asparagus and parma ham star, as if it were only freshly pulled from the floor, on the day so supple and tender. the escape was a triumphant - it was like a hut cake, but with a duck it was so juicy and had sweet caramelized tweezers that sweetened and muffled with the creamy karto. I had the local cheese for dessert and not disappointed. the same star is but the personal service they receive. although it was busy, each Waite staff gave every table personal attention. I checked for myself and asked my opinion of every cursor, and she helped me choose an excellent wein to pair with the gut and liked my novel suggestion to pair a rose champagne with the cheese that actually works well. from the hostess to the waitress everyone was really attentive and friendly and eating was excellent

The food was very tasty and the service was friendly and efficient.
