Tiki Bar - Envigado

We went to this bar restaurant last Sunday in the afternoon and had a fantastic time. It is located way up the hill on Loma de Escobera, so really needs a car, but was well worth it. The restaurant bar has some great decoration and vast outdoor areas for kids to play, as well as activities including a dinosaur park, animals, grassed areas, little lakes and a tabogan. While we were there for family time, later on, it turns into a bar and we would like to try it sometime. Our son has a great time running around on the grassed areas and playing with the other children. SERVICE I have marked this 4 out of five, when it was actually a 3.5. The service, at the start was very poor, we continually had to go and find a waiter (we were just outside the main bar),as did everyone else. The people in the next table to us actually got fed up, had words with the manager and stormed off. Our hamburger didn't arrive and eventually we cancelled the order. We also found a large piece of plastic in our picada typica plate. One of our group complained and, to their credit, they did not charge us for the plate, and, the manager took me aside and profusely apologized. For this I marked it up. We will definitely be back, as it is a great place to relax and have great time with other families.

This restaurant is located in El Escobero, it is a viewpoint restaurant, the atmosphere is camp type, very natural and cozy, it has different types of food, which is very delicious and at an affordable price, there is a motorcycle track, there are quadrimonotos, motocross track for children and experts, downhill track, there is a bar, a trail, you can take

Literally could not wait to upload this review. This place is in a position; great view, family-oriented and a real taste of my beautiful antioquia. Background music gives flavor Now the negatives: The service was just terrible. We waited for almost 2 hours for our orders... INCLUDING OUR DRINKS!!!....what we remembered 3 different waiters. When my food arrived (fried trout) was I how to say wha!? .... a pathetic flat fried piece of trout with a careful serving of salad and 3 tiny pata (fried green plantain) .....and all this for $30.000!!!!....and the best part... my order came without my patacons...other 20 min wait.... the waitress had a fuls posture that I had to correct with my sharp tongue Zero Tip for the first time ever in Colombia All in all....i would return to a Fri for drinks and divided plate...also bring mosquito-repelant Tiki-Bar; Get it together! More organization required and personnel management on weekends! Over and Out

Asisti con unas expectativas grandes en cuanto a este establecimiento y la verdad termine aburrida y decepcionada....todo salio mal....la atención pesimaaaa no dan explicación de nada en cuanto a los platos o bebidas. Pedí un coctel "zombi" sin licor porque era para una menor de edad y me toco devolverlo xq tenia Ron; pedimos un refajo sencillo con 2 cervezas 2 colombianas y nos trajeron dizque una jarra de refajo de "LULO" y lo mas absurdo de todo con un costo de $48.000, mas caro que el plato fuerte....y para terminar de completar mi plato traía en la papa...una desagradable sorpresa (pelo). Para finalizar en la cuenta extremadamente costosaaaa para lo q pedimos y el servicio y los contratiempos, no preguntaron si queríamos incluir el servicio y lo cobraron por la derecha.....para nada Recomendaría este sitio. PESIMO!!!!!
