Bidra med feedbackThey have hired a bunch of immature youngsters who racially profile , i am brown skin , so they treated me very badly, As soon as someone they know comes in they delay our order even though we are in front deliberately.. they wouldnt even greet us ,i ordered 4 Tomato mozzarella and asked for 4 sirachha to go with it, he told me it was there and then he disappeared and i had to ask the next girl and they gave it out of fear. THey give you no respect and these youngsters need better training. I am never going back to this racist starbucks again.
I go to Starbucks literally everyday. This is by far the worst location this side of town. I've been here 4xs and it's always the same issues. Zero urgency and terrible customer service.
I love the service here. I travel a lot and find varying services, this drive thru service is so cool. It was red cup day, so when I ordered my gingerbread oat milk chai latte they gave me the most beauty reusable cup. Thank you!!!
Terrible service I could not get help and I had to wait for 20 min for an order that was placed ahead of time when there was only 3 people in the store
Did a mobile order for sugar-free latte, picked it up at drive thru and once I finally got to work and tasted it, it’s NOT sugar free. Which is really something the baristas need to pay careful attention to (medical condition . Called to get a refund and Carly (sp? said it wasn’t possible unless I returned to the store. I paid in the app, I’m sure there’s a way to credit my account without me physically returning to store. Regardless, I wouldn’t be without my caffeine or nearly as irritated if they’d just gotten my order correct. UPDATE: called corporate and they credited my account!
