Water Taxi - Englewood

Took the water taxi to Rum Bay restaurant. Our captain, Captain Dave was amazing and accommodating! This is really a fun experience to enjoy before dining at Rum Bay. We attempted to use the water taxi but was denied because we had a dog. My daughter had a service animal with a clearly defined harness which showed it was a service dog. She suffers from ptsd. We were not allowed on the boat because we did not have a card. Whatever that is. Hopefully this message will get back to the owner of this company and they can educate there employees and management about the guidelines that regulate service anims.
