Bidra med feedbackSandwiches are still really good but their service is definitely not freaky fast. It's silly slow. Before I moved to this location I could order from JJ and have my food in 10 15 minutes. Here; 45 minutes minimum.
Tommy/ Tom/Tim or whatever the red head short man name is has a horrible attitude and poor customer service. My elderly mother sandwich was made wrong 3 times and this employee needs a serious attitude check. It?s not my mother fault that her sandwich wasmade incorrectly. No apology, rude staff, poor customer service. I had to go inside of the store and ask for cheese to fix mymother sandwich correctly.In the customer service/food industry, an employee should have patience and want to please thecustomer. This didn?t happen here. Wondering if demographics played a part in this!
This is the 3rd order my office has had to cancel after waiting over an hour for our delivery. Today, it’s been an hour and fifteen minutes, I just called and they couldn’t say if I would get my order in the next 15 minutes for a total of an hour and a half to get our food. The refund takes 3-5 business days and we have to re-order from elsewhere or go without lunch. Truly the most frustrating and their slogan used to be “freaky fast.”
Half of the time they put in stuff you specifically ask to be kept out (like tomatoes). Today I went and it took 22 minutes to get my sandwich. Ridiculous and they should give you a heads-up with they’re going to be lollygagging.
Need to change their motto to freaky slow. Order took two hours and food was wrong when it arrived. Placed two comment forms and received no response from anyone. Don't order if you want food delivered in a reasonable amount of time.
