For dinner, we tried the chicken marsala and the bolognese. After years of rubbery chicken marsala, I can say this dish was nothing short of amazing. The chicken was tender, and the combination with the fettuccine Alfredo was divine. The bolognese was also fantastic. Everything was just great! Oh, and the veal piccata from our first visit was sublime. Dining here feels like stepping out of a black and white movie into a vibrant world. The service is excellent as well. During our second visit, we had Linda, who had the best personality and took wonderful care of us. I don't usually write such long reviews, but I felt inspired to share my experience. I visited this restaurant with my wife and our baby, and it was quite disappointing. We had to wait about five minutes to be seated despite the restaurant being nearly empty. Once we were finally seated, we waited an additional 15 minutes for a server to approach us, but no one ever did. Instead, we noticed the staff gathered in a corner, either chatting or looking at their phones, clearly indifferent to their customers. They didn't even offer us a high chair for our baby. After waiting 15-20 minutes with no service, we decided to leave. Unsurprisingly, the inattentive staff didn’t acknowledge us as we left, almost as if they didn’t notice at all. The overall experience was very disappointing due to the poor service. Additionally, the restaurant had an unpleasant, grimy atmosphere that felt unwelcoming for an Italian sit-down establishment. It had a strong smell of cleaning supplies, which didn’t seem safe. I would not recommend this place at all; instead, try ZOMO, Brewability, or One Barrel across the street for much better food and service. Food: 1, Service: 1, Atmosphere: 1.

I ordered the pizza, and it was decent. As for the service, I dined in for dinner and found the prices to be around $10 to $20 per person. In terms of ratings, I would give the food a 3, the service a 4, and the atmosphere a 5.

I ordered the lasagna, but it arrived cold. My server promptly had it warmed up, though it was only slightly warm afterward. I want to give a shoutout to my server—she was fantastic and did everything she could to improve my experience, even offering me a dessert. However, I have to leave a negative review because the chef came out to the dining room and was incredibly passive-aggressive towards me for "not liking my food." He tried to "please me" in a rather condescending way. While my server was amazing, the chef's attitude was unprofessional and he clearly lacks people skills. It's disappointing that he couldn't even execute his job properly.
