I called to ask if I could still place an order, and Tracey, the employee who answered, kindly took my order over the phone. When I arrived, everything was ready for me. She didn't have to do that; she could have just told me they were closed. Thank you!
I had an amazing experience at the restaurant! The service was outstanding, thanks to two staff members – one in a blue shirt and the other in a green shirt. They were both fantastic and attentive. I believe their names were Chris and Teresa. I highly recommend visiting this place!
I witnessed a customer in a bad mood who treated one of your employees, Sean, quite poorly. She complained about the portion of meat, ignored his attempts to engage her in conversation, and essentially tried to dismiss him at every turn. Despite this, Sean maintained a great smile, treated her with respect, and didn't let her negativity affect him. I thought you should know what a fantastic employee he is!
