Rather high prices but the chicken Burger order for $4 It's quite good And when I went there at night the Burger was ready in one minute. The staff person had a very positive attitude.

Ok, the food was ok. The staff was ok. But their card machine was down all day BUT they only posted a sign in the drive thru after you 're trapped and cannot leave. Card systems fail, it happens. NOT POSTING A SIGN before you 're halfway in the DriveThru is lazy and tacky.

The customer service was unsatisfactory, and they do not allow customers to use the restrooms. There seems to be a lack of respect for people's basic needs.

Frustrated, I then went to the KFC on Market Street with the same coupon, and it worked perfectly—I received my free chicken sandwich without any issue. This experience felt unfair and discriminatory. It seemed that, because I am African American, she was unwilling to accept my coupon. It's important for businesses to combat racial profiling, as it can lead to serious consequences, including potential lawsuits and protests advocating for equality.

I suspect they might be cooking with old grease, or perhaps serving leftover chicken, as the pieces are quite small, particularly the legs. I've visited KFC in Paris, France, and was impressed by how the chicken was prepared—just like in the television commercials—with a beautiful, crisp, golden-brown finish. The KFC in Sanpablo could certainly benefit from taking some notes from their Paris counterpart.
