Red Rooster - Emerald

Pleasant, friendly service, eating was fresh and tasty. the restaurant was very clean. the bathroom was also very clean. well done everyone who works there, they have shown all the other almost food restaurants as it should be done!

We later found out that this red rooster has recently reopened with new owners/managers. eating in the restaurants should be the same time, but I thought that was a bit better than I did with other Red...Rooster's service was definitiw friendly and fast.

Flown through the drive and could only get grabbing and rolling because there was a 12-minute wait for huh and then if we actually got our replacement food, it would have been so long to wait for the huh. Under...touch and under prepared for a luch rush

I recently dined at Red Rooster in Sonnay. The place was very busy, both inside and at the drive-thru, with only a few workers which made the wait quite slow. However, the food that was served was exceptionally good. They definitely need to hire more staff at Red Rooster to improve their service, but the workers who were there were working hard and doing their best.

I called in at lunch time to buy a Classic Roast to have for dinner. The wonderful lady that served me went over and above to assist me. She recognized I was a traveller and didn't have time to wait for vegetables to be cooked...so she made up a meal with what she had ready. Needless to say I didn't go hungry that night. This type of service is what makes people return to a business and I certainly will be returning. My only disappointment is I didn't get the lady's name.
