The Brasserie is a very appealing restaurant with very good food and really friendly staff.... The price-performance ratio is very good and I really can only recommend visiting this restaurant during a visit to Elze and having a nice meal... There is a separated smoker area in which it can also be eaten, which has become relatively rare nowadays. My colleague and I have eaten there and we were both very happy with the food. If I should stay in Elze again because of a business trip that will take me there I will plan a stop there and visit the restaurant again. All foods were freshly prepared and nothing prefabricated quality is very high, but you have to wait a few minutes for your food. But the result you get on the plate is really very good. We were 5 there, all had an appetizer, main food and 2 drinks and paid under 100 euros. Price performance super. Kitchen is very small, visible but cooked here is very tasty. The carvings are really a clear recommendation and also the pork with Gorgonzola cream was very good. From the ambience more like a rustic pub, but cozy. There are also acion days where you can eat or drink particularly cheaply. We'll see more often.
