Dunkin' - Elmont

Ordered 50 munchkins for my class and mostly gave me glazed ones. Zero powedered and Zero jellyfilled ones. Students were disappointed.

I walked in to place my order, she tried to tell me coffee isn't free with a purchase I said it is all of May 2023. She wasn't listening to me and I wasn't about to argue with her. I stepped to the side and placed my order on the app. I ordered a donut and received my free medium coffee. If I ever walkin there again. I will walk back out. I started to give 1 star but gave 2 because the other woman Shahnaz I believe that's how it's spelled, whom prepared orders was kind and worked as quickly as she could.

Decent brew coffee but the customer bathroom is ALWAYS out of service. They need to fix this issue.

I wish I could give 0! Worst Dunkin ever!!! Horrible service!!

Took too long for my order at the night and these people are useless. No here knows what they are doing. Never ever going back here
