My Teen Burger was very sloppy. The coating on the onion rings fell off most of them. It was just not like A W used to be. Service: Take Meal Type: Lunch Price per person: CA$20–30 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I don't like to leave bad reviews. But honestly I have given this location so many tries. Every single time I am in the drivethru a minimum 10 min. Usually closer to 20. One time 30 min by the time we pulled in to getting our food. Yes the food is usually hot but the wait time every single time is unbelievable. Majority of the time, there is only 1-2 people in the drivethru. So it should not take this long. The one time we brought up how disappointed we were in the wait and we got expired coupons. Unfortunately this location has let me down too many times. Every single time we are asked to pull around and our food will be brought out to us. I don't know if it's understaffed, poor training or what the issue is but it doesnt change every time I go.
