Jimmy John's - Elmira

The food was excellent, the service was outstanding, and the staff were very friendly. Finally, there’s a Jimmy John’s nearby! It’s definitely worth the 30-minute drive for the quality. However, I was surprised that you have to purchase water—it's not the 1990s anymore!

Jimmy Johnson's offers decent value for your money. The prices are reasonable, but I really wish they had 20-inch subs on the menu.

The takeout service is always quick! However, the containers tend to be damp on the bottom.

Purchased two subs today a gargantuan and a veto. Lettuce on both was wilted and soggy. Spoiled the sandwiches. Hope this was a one-time problem. Almost like the lettuce had been frozen at one time.

Terrible service. Last month they took 45 minutes to deliver one sandwich. They also stopped offering cups for water in the restaurant in an attempt to force you to buy their bottled water.
