Jimmy John's - Elmira

Purchased two subs today a gargantuan and a veto. Lettuce on both was wilted and soggy. Spoiled the sandwiches. Hope this was a one-time problem. Almost like the lettuce had been frozen at one time.

Terrible service. Last month they took 45 minutes to deliver one sandwich. They also stopped offering cups for water in the restaurant in an attempt to force you to buy their bottled water.

Delicious food, outstanding service, and a friendly team. I'm thrilled that a Jimmy John's has finally opened nearby! It's worth the 30-minute drive for such quality, but I hope they open up more locations soon! Just a heads-up—if you want water, you'll need to purchase it. This isn't 1990 anymore!

The takeout service is consistently quick! The only downside is that the floor tends to be wet all the time.

The food is great and served quickly. The staff is friendly enough.
