Came with my mum after having not been for a while and was as amazing as we remembered! JP Kim are so welcoming and couldn’t fault the food. Always such a lovely ambience, can’t wait to go back! The food is incredible but I was so disappointed when I tried to amend my booking... basically, I had a table for 2 booked for tonight but the other person has covid. Rather than cancel, it was coincidental that another group I know were going to be at the restaurant at the same sort of time, so I asked if I could instead join their party of 4, making their table a 5. I was just told a flat no in a very rude tone and had to pay a cancellation fee of £48. It would have been better for the restaurant for me to have gone as I would have easily spent more than £48 on 2 or 3 courses. Frustrating and as much as I love the food there, I doubt I 'll ever go again.
