Cowboy Truck Stop Sunoco - Elm Mott

Went to the Cowboy Truck Wash to get my truck cleaned up, after almost 2 hours, went and looked and the guy had no supplies, no soap, brightener or acid. My truck wasn’t clean and I asked for my $79 back, guy washing the truck told the guy he didn’t have supplies and it was still dirty, he got an attitude because I wanted my money back, and told me not to come backneedless to say, I got my money and let him know me coming back was never in my futureSkip these guys and go on the other side of 35 to A1 American truck wash..

Has gone down hill in the past few years extremely nasty urine caked parking lot and piled up with trash Mexicans parking wherever they want avoid parking here or make sure you have lysol on-hand

Always nice service, never a line. Always seems clean .. prices could be better but for this day and age I guess it's fair enough

Restaurant driver lounge didn't utilize either service just parked for night pretty much guarantee parking if nearby Road Ranger is full

The most unfriendly personal. the guy who works could not answer any questions was rude and made us feel like we were a last. we came into business and spend money and left only with a pizza. rude rude. competent services or bulwark of a return more competent and he urges us to come back from everyone!
