Uma Uma - Ellicott City

The service and food were great! We got the fried calamari, the octopus pancake balls, two kinds of ramen, and dessert. Then we went to the Korean French-style bakery at the back of the plaza for a second dessert. This was a great trip!

I recently moved to the area from Dallas and I was really bummed that I was losing my favorite Ramen place. I went to check out Uma Uma and I was not disappointed! They have an excellent Miso Ramen and the service is excellent.

Excellent, our table had three different types of rammen, and everyone was incredibly satisfied with their meal. the service is great, and there is a lot of space between tables, so I felt very safe.

I had the fried octopus and Miso Ramen, it was delicious. The food was very flavorful and the prices were pretty good.

Third visit since the opening. The chashu buns folding like soft tacos rather than closed dumplings remain one of my favorite dishes anywhere. The tonkotsu ramen is perfection I usually add bean sprouts and more soft-boiled eggs. The broth is so perfectly creamy. Had the green tea waffle dessert for the first time today, and it was DIVINE. Some places when you order green tea items it's like, this is vanilla with a whiff of green tea. This was POTENT, rich matcha flavor, exactly my preference. Couldn't possibly recommend this place enough.
