Bella Mia Pizzeria - Ellicott City

We received our delivery at 6:40 PM with an estimated arrival time of 7:10 PM, but by 8:03 PM, there was still no sign of the driver or our pizza. Considering it's only an 8-minute drive from our house to the restaurant, we were quite disappointed with the service. I would recommend calling in your order instead of ordering online. On a positive note, the pizza was good.

I had an absolutely fantastic cheese steak! For just $5, the portion of fries could easily serve at least six people. After spending 30 minutes searching for a place to order a cheese steak—tired of the typical pizza joints with their minimal meat and poor-quality rolls—I decided to give Bella Mia a try. We had ordered from them before and remembered their good reviews for the cheese steak. It was perfect! The bun was excellent—not soggy or sweet—and there was a generous amount of meat. The toppings were spot on as well. I couldn't be happier with my meal! I'm done trusting other places and will definitely be coming back.

In response to the owner's comment: Your UberEATS menu shows a picture of the sandwich with the ingredients I mentioned. If those ingredients are not included, you need to make that clear or provide checkboxes for each item when ordering. When orders are prepared incorrectly and items are forgotten, it shows a lack of attention to detail, so your apology doesn't hold much weight. I hope you can improve the experience for your customers in the future.

Food was fantastic, service was great. I had the steakboli and my wife had the chicken parm Sub-Combo. Both excellent. She had spaghetti and meatballs. I'd suggest that. I ate her left. I should have got the spaghetti! Definitely a fixed 3 stars. Some renovations and updates, just 4 stars. Ty!

I'm doggie/house sitting nearby so I stopped to get my kids some lunch here. The girl that rang up my order was friendly, 2 pizzas only took about 10 minutes to make. It's not my favorite pizza place but it was delicious.
