Bidra med feedbackI ordered a caramel macchiato and what I got was a cup of milk. I complained and was told I put 2 shots in there. I said if it looks like milk and tastes like milk something is wrong with your espresso machine. She said take your straw and lid off and I'll put another shot in there. She gave it back and I said again there is something wrong with your machine please give me a cold coffee with cold foam (that can't get screwed up) they actually had to discuss whether they were going to do this or not........are you kidding me?? They were rude, literally didn't want to make it right and when they finally decided to give me a cold brew they made everyone else's and made me wait. The Manager sat at the counter drinking her Starbucks and never even said sure let me make this right for you. NOBODY APOLOGIZED YOU CHARGE TO DAMN MUCH FOR A CUP OF COFFEE TO ACT LIKE THIS. THIS IS THE ONLY Starbucks that this has ever happened at.

Since when tipping was mandatory for ordering a drink. 20% preset and once you wanna edit the worker press confirmed Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
This shop was busy on a hot day! It 's easy to be irritated with people who cannot make up their mind. However, my favorite part was watching a woman who was deaf in front of me sign to the young man behind the counter. She only bought the water and signed, That 's all and keep the change. The young man signed back, Thank you. It was a beautiful moment. Really. I appreciate the fact that he could communicate with her. Of course, then my chance to order...they were out of a seasonal syrup and the young man who had signed to the woman in front of me was new. Another staff member kindly came up to notify me that they could make something else for me. Fyi... This Starbucks is run by the mall, so you cannot use your app to pay. I didn 't feel like I had been inconvenienced, though.
