I just had the most pleasant experience with Katie in Little Seasons on Rt 40. I went in and told her I needed a minute to look at the menu. it has been over 15 years since I was in a small Ceasars) your customer service was exceptional. She treated me as if she had answered my questions all the time in the world. I saw how she treated the customer behind me.

Look, I love $5 pizzas that are fast and ready when you order them. During this visit, someone had ordered like 6 pizzas right before the dressing, so there were no hot and ready supplies. This is not a big problem, but it took 20 minutes to get my order after the fact. There were many factors why this happened and honestly I was here before and they always have good service, including this night it was only hectic.

You are the best!!!!!!!, you are always brilliant and have a great interaction with your customers. Tonight it was barely 6:00 and your shop was not at the top with customers. There was a huge order they made sure they were correct, I placed my order and knew it would take a minute, but that's cool because it was crazy again. Each one of the women who work tonight needs a bonus, an increase something because they had their minds on the tasks they were assigned effortlessly flew. I had to give the ladies props for tonight, because they worked hard and effortlessly with a sniffing annoying moment,(it is why I chose this special store over all the others in the area) Thank you.
