Chili's Grill Bar - Elkton

The food was delicious, but the chicken portions should be consistent in size - two regular and one miniature. The service was excellent and the restaurant was clean.

I've been waiting here for almost an hour and still no food. It took 30 minutes just for my Margherita pizza to arrive, and they even served it in a children's cup instead of the pint glass I requested. Our server was friendly, but it seems like the rest of the staff or management dropped the ball. I won't be coming back to Chili's. On the bright side, our server Crystal was fantastic. She was attentive to our needs and made sure we got our food in a timely manner. I'm starting to wonder if the manager even exists here, or if I have to go find them myself. Maybe I'll have to crack a joke just to lighten the mood.

The steak was delicious and cooked to a perfect medium, just as I requested, although it was a bit greasy. The sides were lukewarm but tasty. The service was excellent.

They are happy to offer a din-in service. We came after lunch and everything came super hot and fast. Our waitress was very friendly and went out of her way to be an excellent host.

Service has always been good. Quick, polite with my orders being correct. I usually go with the Ancho Salmon and it is almost always a good piece of salmon. A few times the salmon could have been a little fresher but I would still recommend. With COVID guidelines I think the spacing between tables could be a little better.
