Port Of Subs - Elko

I told them what I wanted and told them the number and what meats that were on it. The guy rolled his eyes and said he knew what came on it... apparently not. I watched them do the veggie portion then I was brought to the cash register to be rang out while they finished. I went home and discovered 2 of the sandwiches were made wrong. They did in fact not know what came on the sandwiches they had the wrong meats and cheeses than I had asked for. The kids sandwiches were overloaded with meat stacked up about and inch tall while the adults sandwiches had one small layer of meat. For so much money and such awful food were not coming back. They're a rip off

Been here many times and employees made us feel welcome, and they kept the counter area clean. This time it felt like we were unwelcome and the place was filthy, especially the bathrooms. Don't plan on returning anytime soon..very disappointing.

Honestly it’s okay, food was okay, and restaurant was a little dirty, but it wasn’t great, but not bad however for the price, subway better in my opinion.

What a wonderful place. Staff was absolutely amazing. This was our first time and he took the time to explain the food, even telling us the most common sandwiches ordered so we could quickly narrow down what we wanted.He had just mopped the floor and we unfortunately tracked in some dirt. So sorry about that, but the guy was okay with it, not upset at all.We took our sandwiches to Lamoille Canyon and had a great lunch. Sandwiches were wonderful. Fresh ingredients. Perfect pickles. Go there. If we're ever in Elko again, we'll be back.

Service was semi-friendly. Food was okay, but nothing great. Will fid another Port of Subs in the area next time. Not really impressed, at all.
