The Mango Peel - Elkin

I wish I didn't live 10 hours away. Found this gem driving home to Michigan. Great food, great staff and the store next door selling the same ingredients as the food we ordered made my wife's day. I will definitely drive out of my way on my next road trip to eat here.

Food was so salty I couldn’t eat it. The waitress told the manager and she said she would go taste it!!!! Came back said it don’t taste salty to me. I will only charge you half price. I had only ate 2-3 bites. I said I will just pay you and will not be back. She acted like she could care less. If she took a plate to the kitchen off a customer table and tasted it. What stopped her from putting all that uneaten food on someone else plate

Great little place to get tacos. The server's are always friendly and food is delicious.

Have to say it was one of the best meals I have had in a very long time. Friday night had the Lamb Chops. Sunday Night, yes went back, had the ribeye and lobster. Excellent. Great staff great food. A must in Elkin

Food. Amazing.Service. Spectacular.We love this restaurant. The reason I am leaving g this review is because you need to CALL FIRST. Like many of us, the 2023 year has hit them and we have gone four times just to find them closed due to staffing issues. It happens. But make sure to CALL FIRST.
