Wendy's - Elkhart

The line outside was quite long, so I opted to go inside, where I noticed only a few cars parked. I was greeted with smiles and a smooth ordering process. The person who took my order was extremely courteous and even apologized for minor issues outside of her control. Despite that, the service was still impressively quick. I would definitely love to come back again!

The food is excellent, but the service is quite slow.

I don't believe the dining room was open, as I saw several people approach the door but not enter. I waited in my car for a while, and when I finally went in, no one greeted me. After a few minutes, I said hello to check if the staff could hear me. They eventually came over to take my order, but it felt like they were deliberately slowing down the process due to a lack of coworkers. The staff I observed seemed overwhelmed. The food was hot and everything was fine, but it's disheartening to see the employees struggling because their colleagues weren’t there.

I didn’t place an order because the service was incredibly slow. I waited 20 minutes in the drive-thru, then chose to go inside and waited an additional ten minutes without anyone taking my order. Ultimately, I decided to leave and eat somewhere else. The staff seemed sluggish and unmotivated. There was no one grilling, resulting in the burgers being overcooked and burnt. Overall, it was a disappointing experience.

I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. The staff was extremely rude and unfriendly, which made me feel unwelcome. When I asked the manager for her name, she embraced me inappropriately and even threatened me by saying, "B*tch, I'll show you rude." There was absolutely no customer service to speak of. They really need to hire people who are genuinely enthusiastic about their jobs. This visit occurred on August 13, 2022, at 6 PM.
