Little Caesars Pizza - Elkhart

This restaurant is the closest to my house, but it is not the cleanest place I have visited. The staff, however, work hard to keep the work areas clean and tidy. The exterior of the building can look a bit rundown, with a lot of litter and trash in the parking lot and grass. They regularly change their specials and they offer the added convenience of a pizza portal for contactless collection. I have attached a photo for reference.

I ordered from various locations nearby and this one had the best pizza hands down!

Absolutely awful customer service. Came here a couple of months ago and they did not place order in the correct portal box, and proceeded to me of having some one else pick it up previously. Just ordered pizza there again and had my pizza ready but didn't place it in the portal. People from the back were watching those of us waiting and people from the front were also watching. I waited for a 30 past the time it should have been ready. DO NOT COME HERE

Great pizza at a good price. Ordered online and ready exactly on time. Staff was friendly.
