Otto's - Elkhart Lake

Delicious food! We’ve dined here frequently and have always had a great experience with both breakfast and lunch. We tend to skip the Sunday brunch, as it’s just average, and prefer to order from the regular menu instead. The old fashioneds are fantastic, and the bartender Char is wonderful. Otto used to be the only restaurant at Osthoff, but it was too small to accommodate all the guests. Now you’ve opened another excellent restaurant with a more upscale menu. Nevertheless, Otto remains a great spot for a relaxed meal.

The food was not particularly impressive. The fish roast was comparable to what you would find at any other tavern's Friday fish fry in Wisconsin. This certainly did not meet the culinary expectations one might have for a resort like the Osthoff. I gave it 4 stars solely because of the excellent service provided by the staff; otherwise, I would rate the food at just 3 stars.

I recently had a lovely dining experience at an East restaurant. The meal was enjoyable, and the waiter was very friendly. Hannah, in particular, was incredibly attentive. The menu offered a good variety to cater to different tastes.

We had the Quesadillas and a chicken battle. Both excellent together with a great service and a beautiful view during the meal on the deck.

Great restaurant in the resort!! Always very accommodating our whole stay!
