Starbucks - Elk River

I googled Starbucks and saw the Elk River location was open on Christmas. I live in Otsego and drove 15 min there. Put a mobile order in at 12:25 when I got to the parking lot and waited in my car. At 12:45- I attempted to walk in and the doors were locked so I called. A girl named Jordan answered and said they were way too busy and that I should call Starbucks customer service and get a refund. Although I understand they are backed up- I put an order in while they were still accepting orders. Instead I wasted 1 whole hour between driving and waiting for a coffee I didn’t get and paid for. I feel the situation could have been handled differently. I would have been a lot less upset if she told me to wait in the drive thru instead of wasting all that time and driving away with nothing.

This location cannot make my drink correctly if their life depending on it. If you tell them your drink doesn 't taste how it normally should, all they 'll say is we make it the same every time . Every time I get my order, it tastes different. Every. Single. Time.

I stopped in for a venti hot chocolate. When I entered the store, there was no one ahead of me in line. I placed my order and then waited and waited and waited and waited and waited and waited. At least 20 minutes later, I finally got my hot chocolate. I got out to my car and it tasted really bad. I brought it back in and they remade and acted all put out. Apparently, they serve ALL of the drive through customers BEFORE they serve their dine-in guests. What a waste of time!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

First, I wanna get one thing straight. My pooks didnt get a good jot chocolate. She got water flavored hot run down chocolate tea instead of some nice hot chocolate. Im appalled at the effort put in to this kids hot chocolate! ?
