The ice cream was good but they unprofessional and they making fun of mom’s accent

I love Coldstones and apparently their reputation precedes them. Great customer service and pays attention to detail. This particular store has some good staff that enhance the experience and others seem overwhelmed. The weather changed, it’s spring break at the mall and the lines are incredibly long. I understand that with a small staff it challenging to get customers in and out within a decent time frame. This store definitely isn’t horrible but they need help. They need staff at the register handling funds so we don’t have to watch the same pair of gloves handle money and creation of our sweet treats. That was a turn off. The counters were also in disarray due to high volume of clients. Seeing messy environment makes the public uncomfortable. My group had children adamant about ice cream so we stayed. Staff were struggling to fulfill orders but did an okay job. One of my girls found a fly in her ice cream and it wasn’t on top. Made us wonder was this from outside or from within the store. If the store was maintained, people would not have to wonder. Please clean up this location. Please change your gloves and divide roles between staff. Thanks

PROS: Nice people at this location. They got my order right and timely. They made it to perfection as well. The line moved quickly which shows consistency on their part and everything was clean. CONS: The place is tiny and makes you squeeze in between the counter and glass wall. There's also no room to sit inside and they don't have tables outside like Starbucks does in the mall OVERALL: I'll come back to this place but don't expect to sit somewhere when you get your snack

Love coldstone ice creams .. it’s so fresh and tasty .. especially love the strawberry ice cream with fresh berries . Service can be faster .. when it is crowded it takes a decent amount of time .. We also love the cake batter and coffeee ice creams .. my kids love the cheesecake and chocolate flavors . A little more expensive than regular ice creams but it’s worth it :

Wonderful workers especially this intelligent young man named Brandon very professional could already tell he’s a hard worker he’s also respectful and gets the orders correct definitely recommend Brandon as a cashier he’s quick and polite
